TopSyllabus.ai is an AI-powered educational assessment platform that provides:

• Chapter-wise question generation based on curriculum standards
• AI evaluation of student responses
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Parent and teacher dashboards

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• Parents or guardians must register accounts for users under 18

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems without permission

5. Intellectual Property

• All platform content and functionality are owned by the Company
• User-generated content remains property of the user
• Users grant us a license to operate the Service using submitted content
• AI-generated questions and evaluations are proprietary to the Company

7. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• Pricing may change with 30 days prior notice

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• Features may be modified or discontinued with notice
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
